Meat (ham, turkey or chicken- doesn't matter) peas, and mashed potatoes. Had I a thrown in a banana she would have scarfed that too. As you can see she ate it all, plus drank the 5 oz of milk. She would have eaten seconds but I think this was plenty for a 1 year old.
