A meme is a sort of internet sensation that lots of people copy and change to make their own. The pepper spraying cop was changed to be spraying works of art, famous people, times in history etc. This meme has been applied to lots of jobs, college majors, groups of people (dog owners, football fans, etc) and Stormtroopers. I saw one for a different breed of dog, so made this one for Malinois. Except for the dog used to depict the Mal on Seal Team 6 in the print news, all the Mals are mine.
